Product Details

The anode target is the anode of the X-ray tube. As the core component of the X-ray tube, its function is to receive electron bombardment to generate X-rays and release heat at the same time. Since tungsten has a high melting point, a low vapor pressure, and can generate X-rays when irradiated with a high-speed electron beam, it is often used as a target surface material for an anode target of various X-ray tubes. The addition of rhenium can make the target material have the advantages of high strength, toughness, heat resistance and high precision.

The non-rhenium new material rotating X-ray anode is composed of molybdenum alloy matrix and tungsten rhenium alloy, and can provide blackening coating and sandblasting treatment according to requirements. The rotating X-ray anode is prepared by powder metallurgy method, and the uniformity of tungsten and rhenium is ensured by process control.
